Willms, Tatjana

Tatjana Willms was born in Germany in 1973, taking an interest in painting and literature since she was a child.
When Tatjana grew up, she ceased drawing. Many years later after becoming a graphic artist she began to paint and illustrate. As her painting increased she began to implement different projects and she accepted her first commissions. Tatjana has experimented in many techniques like watercolor, pencil, colored pencil, acrylic, ink and pastel to find out the best for her.
In the summer of 2007 she discovered the digital painting technique for herself as the best way to create artwork.

Tatjana is interested in psychology, mystic, gothic and horror. She loves movies like "The Ring", "Butterfly Effect", "Identity", "Haunted Castle", "The Sixth Sense", "Saw" and many more. She's a bookworm and has read many thrilling books from Sebastian Fitzek, Andreas Eschbach, John Saul, David Ambrose and many others.

Tatjana truly enjoys creative writing. Unfortunately she has not had enough time to do both together and she decided more to paint than to write. Despite this, she wrote and finished little children's stories complete with watercolor illustrations (available only in German).
At the moment she is working on a book (a short ghost story) with many digital paintings. When this big project will be finished... only God will know....
